Knight of Cups Upright Meaning
Upright, the Knight of Cups is romance and invitation. A proposal of some kind, a declaration, someone pursuing you thoughtfully rather than aggressively.
As a person he is charming, sensitive and guided by feeling. As advice the card says follow the heart on this one, and be willing to make the gesture rather than wait for it.
Knight of Cups Reversed Meaning
Reversed, the charm has nothing behind it. Promises not kept, romantic gestures that substitute for actual reliability, someone in love with the idea of a relationship rather than the person.
It can also mean moodiness, or an offer that looks better than it is.
Love and Relationships
A romantic approach, a proposal, someone expressing serious interest. Strong for new relationships. Reversed, someone who says beautiful things and does not follow through, or interest that cools once it is reciprocated.
Career and Money
Work driven by passion rather than money, a creative or caring role, or an appealing offer. Reversed, an offer that does not hold up to scrutiny, or a colleague who promises more than they deliver.
Health and Wellbeing
Emotional wellbeing closely tied to physical health. Reversed, mood swings and inconsistent self-care.
